Thrifty Reseller ships orders to customers in the United States.

Please review this Shipping Policy before placing an order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the shipping terms below.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it ships. Shipping time begins after the order has been processed and handed off to the carrier or fulfillment provider.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 6–18 business days total, including 1–3 business days for processing and 5–15 business days for estimated delivery after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, fulfillment location, carrier performance, destination, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other delays outside our direct control.

If a product has a different estimated delivery window, that information may be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be shown on the website, product page, cart, or checkout when available.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will send it to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package. If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us at brandon@thriftyreseller.co and we will review the order status.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may ship in multiple packages, especially if items are fulfilled from different warehouses or fulfillment providers.

If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number. Items from the same order may arrive on different days.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Thrifty Reseller is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at brandon@thriftyreseller.co. We can only update the address if the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or missing, contact us at brandon@thriftyreseller.co with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and work with you to determine the next step. Depending on the situation, this may include waiting for carrier updates, contacting the carrier or fulfillment provider, reshipping the item, issuing store credit, or providing a refund where appropriate.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at brandon@thriftyreseller.co with your order number and photos of the issue.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled under our Refund Policy.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain locations because of carrier rules, product restrictions, legal restrictions, battery restrictions, fulfillment limitations, or address limitations.

If we are unable to ship an item to your location, we will contact you and issue a refund for the affected item if needed.

Order Delays

We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the stated processing and delivery windows.

U.S. online sellers must have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping timelines. If an order cannot ship within the expected timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate or cancellation/refund options when required by law.
